What attracted me to your site was that no matter what you are teaching you seem to be really enjoying yourself. To me it is a joy to learn from someone who obviously enjoys what they are teaching. Thank you for sharing your love with me.

Dear Greg,

Thank you for posting this. I can believe all that you’ve said here. The only proposition which invokes skepticism is the idea of you running out of time, because it seems you must have one of those nifty Hermione Granger time-manipulating devices…the amount of thoughtful material that you produce is nothing short of amazing. Humbling, in truth!

One day perhaps you’ll decide to share what - if not a Nietzschean, Cartesian, Academic, Peripatetic, Stoic, MacIntyrean, Objectivist or Marxist - you actually consider yourself to be…even if there isn’t a school or a name for it. I believe all that you say in your post, but also as someone who has devoted so much of your life to carefully considering thought, you must have come to some conclusions. Obviously. Even if you’re in some philosophic version of Lewis’ hallway, or have something of your own.

But perhaps you are able to better present the thoughts of these others if you haven’t given us that?

(As a side note, I enjoy your posts on how you go about constructing your classes)

Best wishes and thank you for doing this work

Ah thank you. New to the site, and the volume of material you have available is vast. From your post, I had concluded you hadn’t made a declaration of that sort.

So it’s hallway, then?;

Thanks and best,

BQ
