While it might be a tempting thought, that ancient Greeks neatly divided up concepts for various kinds of love or anger along linguistic lines, and were all in basic agreement about them, that’s a claim that not only is false. Worse, it is counterproductive for you to buy into, the equivalent of putting on a set of blinders that will prevent you from actually seeing the much richer picture that is really there in works of ancient Greek philosophy, literature, history, medicine, and the like.
